Reimagine Chinatown Design Charette and Forum, 2022-2023

Started during a design charrette in my Urban Laboratory class, my team aimed to harness material and community planning practices to support the local community of Montreal’s Chinatown. Central to this project was the preservation of cultural heritage, intertwined with a focus on addressing sustainability and food security issues. By September 2023, this project evolved into an integral component of the Chinatown Reimagined Forum, organized by the JIA Foundation. Under the supervision of Dr. Silvano De la Llata within the Department of Geography, Planning & Environment at Concordia University.
